Now more than ever we are experiencing life at a fast pace, trying to balance family, career, and everything in between! Constant exposure to external noise from social media, job demands and the responsibility of raising a family can leave us tired, depleted and not even aware we are functioning in a state of chronic stress.  Blending science and philosophy is the practical basis for this workshop. Learn the science of stress, how it affects the body, and how meditation is proven to help. This full 2 hour interactive and intimate workshop is perfect for anyone from beginners, to those looking to deepen their practice. A 20 minute guided meditation will be followed by time to journal or share your experience if desired.
