Join us for this all inclusive weekend retreat from October 21-23, 2022.
Learning to Lean In! As we move from the harvest season and into the season of surrender we must learn how to "lean in" to the transition that awaits. Essentially we are preparing for a sort of hibernation and rebirth. We have an opportunity to slow down, reflect and plan. Just as the seasons change we too are always changing. How will you lean in to this change? How will you lean in to what you want?
When women gather sharing stories, holding space and passing down wisdom, we also heal and recharge. This is your invitation to nurture yourself.
Welcoming like minded women, our best yoga teachers and our gifted facilitators to gather and connect for a weekend dedicated to YOU. Together we will enjoy gourmet meals, yoga and meditation offerings, an outdoor adventure, games and campfires, a private shopping experience that will support a local artisan and a healing sound bath to finish off this transformative weekend. The itinerary is set, however activity participation is optional with the intention that you choose what makes you feel good. You participate in as much or as little as you want. Let’s break free of routine; connect and support each other in our journeys.
*Private room pricing is based on double occupancy.
*menu and itinerary are examples only and subject to change.
*Covid Protocols are in place as per AHS
The Yoga Junction Scholarship is one free admission to a retreat, and it will be awarded to someone who otherwise may not have the opportunity to attend. Five percent of each retreat admission will go towards the scholarship, so we can empower others together and create an inclusive space for everyone. Subsequent donations will be accepted.
I hereby solemnly swear to embrace The Yoga Junction experience, to not live in fear of farting while in wind removing pose, to always speak my truth (even if it includes the F Bomb), and to always support others.
By embracing The Yoga Junction, I refuse to be defined by someone else’s definition of yoga. I will create my own definition and share it. I will embrace adventure, seek truth, and live authentically, all while having fun. Sometimes, this may include cocktails, socializing, and retail therapy but will always include a soft spot to fall.
I promise to always be gentle and honour myself and others, be my own best friend, and support my peers on the same journey. Above all, I swear to always come from a place of love and acceptance for myself and those whose path I cross.
