This is a wonderful opportunity for yoga teachers to explore and deepen their understanding of the Yamas & Niyamas and earn Continuing Education Credits and for yoga practitioners to learn the 10 ethical principles of yoga from Patanjali's eight limbs and how we can practically apply them to our daily lives.
