I hereby commit to embracing The Yoga Junction experience— to show up as I am, without fear (even in wind-removing pose). I will speak my truth—with honesty, with kindness, and yes, sometimes with a little spice—and I will hold space for others to do the same. At The Yoga Junction, I choose not to be defined by someone else’s idea of yoga. Instead, I will explore, question, and create a practice that meets me in real life—at the intersection of who I am and who I’m becoming. I will stay curious. I will honour both the messy and the meaningful. I will remember that growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. I promise to be gentle with myself and compassionate with others, to be my own ally, and to support those walking beside me, while upholding the principle that yoga is for everyBODY.
Above all, I commit to leading with love, to meeting each moment with presence, and to remembering that this practice doesn’t end on the mat—it lives in every breath, every choice, every connection.
