Do you have a 5 to 10-year-old that would benefit from self-discovery?
This 5-week workshop will explore how to use breath, movement, and meditation, it will also include sound with singing bowls and gongs. We will ask the question: 'What is yoga?' and discuss their daily challenges while exploring how yoga can be applied as a tool to manage those challenges. We will also practice self-regulation to learn how to be present.
This workshop will run each Saturday for 5 weeks from 1:30 to 2:30 starting Jan 13th through to Feb 10th.
