Join us for 10 Weeks of registered classes.  This series of classes is being hosted at Community Links on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. starting June 26th, 2024 through August 28th, 2024 and is taught by Jessica and Erin.  This weekly class will combine our most popular classes, including Mindful Movement & Meditation, Stop, Drop & Stretch and Active & Restore.  This series is an excellent foundation for students new to yoga and those who wish to deepen their practice. Aimed at all ages & stages, levels of flexibility & abilities; we will focus on the basic fundamentals of yoga postures including technical alignment, benefits of the poses, breathing, basic yoga philosophy and its applications to daily life. This is a supportive and encouraging learning environment that will help you deepen your practice in a safe space through a community of like-minded people. 

Each week we will offer you something special and unique that will help you decompress from the busyness of the day, nourish your soul and reconnect you to yourself.  This is where we come together.

Our registered classes allow you to explore all that Yoga can offer you through the accountability of a weekly practice.  Not only are you building strength physically, mentally & spiritually through this weekly practice but there is an increased sense of community and connection that comes from sharing space with the same teachers and community members each week. It is this safe, inclusive and supportive environment that encourages us to return to our mat, even when we are feeling challenged. The consistency of weekly classes will support you on your journey of self-discovery.  All registered classes are suitable for beginners and beyond.
